GREEN BUILDING

The Grove is an eco friendly, energy efficient, green building. Upon completion, The Grove will attain L.E.E.D. Silver Certification from the United States Green Building Council, making it one of the first green events centers in the country. Some of the green features of The Grove include:

   • Ground source heat exchange system for heating and cooling which requires zero natural gas
   • Energy efficient building envelope
   • Water efficient landscaping and plumbing fixtures
   • Use of non-toxic as well as recycled building materials
   • Use of locally sourced and manufactured building materials
   • Sustainable construction practices
